The Approved Appraisals system is a web based Appraisal Ordering Platform that Lenders can use to continue to work with their approved appraisers in an HVCC Compliant manner. The system allows Lenders to maintain their Appraisers, assigns orders in an automated fashion based on subject property zip code, and sends out electronic orders to be fulfilled. Appraiser uploads the completed PDF and XML files of the Appraisal when completed and the Lender is notified automatically via email.
